WEDGE WIRE SCREENS

 

Spirally wound, wedge wire cylinders are available in a wide range of screen diameters and lengths, with apertures, wire profiles, support bars and material qualities to suit individual client requirements. The sophisticated, electronically controlled manufacturing process, enables a consistency of aperture accuracy down to 0.03/ 0.05 mm to be achieved on cylinders up to one meter (3.28 ft.) diameter and up to six meters (20 ft.) in length. Welded wedge wire, with its many profiles in stainless steel, contributes invaluable advantages to hygienic efficient food handling, with different screens relating specifically to different processes of grading, de-leafing, transporting, dewatering, reclaiming and recycling.
